The F.B.A. Type C was basically a Type B with an improved 130hp Clerget engine. The type saw extensive use for anti-submarine patrol and served until it was replaced in Aviation Maritime by the improved F.B.A. Type H. Italy produced the Type C under license and Russia purchased thirty and built another thirty-four at Lebedev. [3]
